Returns

I have shown as accurate descriptions and sizes as possible, but if you wish to return your item(s), you must do so within 14 days of the date of delivery. Send the item(s) back to us with your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and details of the items you are returning, the reason for returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. You may choose whether you’d like to have a refund or exchange for something else. Each item returned must be in the same condition that it was sent ie unworn, with no make-up or deodorant marks, no smoky smell etc. If we receive goods in unsatisfactory condition, they will be sent back to you and you will be billed for postage, or a charge may be made for cleaning costs.

NB. You are responsible for return postage and for your protection we strongly advise that you use recorded delivery.

If you exchange for a different size, we will not usually charge postage to you for the replacement item.
