This is a gorgeous tutu style skirt that is perfect for dancing the night away with fellow stylish fairies.
I was inspired by the Zara vest made by punk label Strangeways, so I have put it together with a skirt by Oshun Creations to form the ideal outfit!
Materials: This skirt has a base layer of satin-like black lining and lycra, with a double layer of blue net over the top, together forming many folds of material falling into flower petals whilst avoiding the dreaded tutu itch! The waistband is made from comfortable stretchy lycra.
Ideas: Add fairy wings and glitter for a full fairy costume. Or take inspiration from the vest and cyber punk the outfit with chunky boots. Great for clubbing or festivals. |

| Skirt: The waist band would be worn low and is a flexible 34" minimum and will stretch comfortably to 36". The length varies, but is 16" approx. Vest: Chest: 30”/76cm + further max 6”/15cm stretch. |
