Materials: The trousers are 100% cotton, dyed soft black with a hint of a narrow stripe, with black crushed velvet forming the frill; fastens with a zip and poppers. The bustle is made from black polyester satin and crushed velvet and ties with a satin ribbon.
Ideas: Add a ruffled shirt, chunky boots and a tricorn hat for a full pirate costume. The bustle is actually completely removable, so take it off if you’re feeling more normal and layer it under a dress. Or wear with high heeled boots and a high necked shirt for a unique Victoriana steampunk look.
